Senior Technical Repair Specialist

Germany

The role is based in Germany, with lots of travel throughout Europe.

Responsibilities

  • - Provide technical service for mobile CT devices, including installations.
  •  
  • - Pre-sales site visits to ensure site readiness before system installation.
  •  
  • - Provide on-site guidance and assistance to customers during treatment maximising efficiency and usage.
  •  
  • - Effectively communicate with customers to understand problems and adequately troubleshoot issues.
  • - Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance.
  •  
  • - Go on site with customers and sales to provide technical expertise.
  •  
  • - Collaborate with sales to enable product sales.
  •  
  • - Improve clinical outcomes by providing assistance / ensuring correct product utilisation.

Experience

  • - Minimal 5 years’ experience in a technical support position, preferably for a healthcare company or vendor (Ideally, experience in the field of X-ray imaging systems or CT Scanners).
  •  
  • - Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
  •  
  • - Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concern.
  •  
  • - Fluent written and spoken English communication skills. Other European languages a plus.
  •  
  • - Willingness to travel within the EU region (up to 80% of the time).
