Summary

ICU Marketing Manager for EMEA and Canada (EMEAC) is a proven leader capable of driving growth and functional alignment as the company strengthens its position as a leading respiratory company in the world. In this role you will create marketing programs to drive the commercial successes of the ventilation franchise for both adult/paediatric and neonatal portfolios. You will also manage the service offering and ventilation consumable portfolio to create value-based Care Area focused solutions integral to clinical and health care success.

As a leader in the company, you are focused on driving improvements and innovation in marketing effectiveness – bringing to bear a strong commercial and marketing acumen across a variety of media to demonstrate the value the company brings to our customers and their patients.

Required Qualifications

  • - Extensive experience of commercial marketing and segment marketing working Internationally

  • - Highly developed understanding of international healthcare markets and regulatory processes
  •  
  • - Use of Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word etc…)

  • Essential Duties (Primary Tasks):

  • Portfolio Strategy

  • - Determine portfolio priorities and commercialisation roadmap
  •  
  • - Build annual marketing plan with an itemized expense budget for your Care Area
  •  
  • - Participate in annual marketing planning, including sales forecasts and marketing initiatives supporting such goals
  •  
  • - Continuously monitor the success of marketing programs.
  • - Drive and support revenue growth, pricing, profitabilityby identifying opportunities and creating market and region initiatives.
  • - Drive commercial portfolio success through sales growth and promotion planning and execution
  •  
  • - Product Lifecycle and End of Life Management
  •  
  • - Ongoing competitive strategy, market  and healthcare policy monitoring, analysis and reporting
  • - On-market support for operations, quality, customer service, planning and support functions
  •  
  •  New Product Development Process

  • - New product launch project and country prioritization
  •  
  • - Market sizing, geographical expansion targeting and local need identification
  •  
  • - Voice of customer, requirements, cost targets and claims
  •  
  • - Collate in market feedback and provide into Care Area Franchise
  •  
  • - Work with commercial to develop business cases for new market expansion
  •  
  • - Leverage customer networks to validate research and assumptions in product development programmes
  •  
  • - Understand competitive product and how to sell against their USP’s

Commercial Launch Readiness

  • - Develop meaningful value propositions that resonate with each individual market, with effective in market pricing based on sound competitive intel and market dynamics
  •  
  • - Create and roll out a complete suite of product messaging, customer presentations, marketing materials, competitive de-positioning, objection handling techniques and demo tools

New Product Launch Readiness

  • - Define and drive market by market roll out setting sales and marketing objectives for each
  •  
  • - Develop sales targets in collaboration with the commercial team that is clear and achievable based on market intel and sales force effectiveness
  •  
  • - Create a new product demand creation and promotion plan utilising multiple media in conjunction with the Brand Communications team
  •  
  • - Develop a suite of marketing tools to support each launch that stems from a product or solution playbook to cover all aspects of the opportunity, product info, product pitch, sales cycle. Supported by the necessary marketing collateral creation
  •  
  • - Contribute to sales training content and partner with the Learning and Development team to create impactful product training utilising the Challenger Methodology
  • Key Opinion Leader Development & Management

  • - Foster links and relationships with key clinicians who can become part of a customer advisory board working with the medical affairs team to formalise relationships
  •  
  • - Drive a speaker development plan to create a network of trusted KOL’s in your region to draw upon to help drive awareness of key business solutions

Congress and Exhibition Show Support

  • - Create product plans, presentations and demo material to support the specific messaging at a given event
  • - Provide on booth support and product training for sales teams
