Role Description

The Marketing and Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.  You will be responsible for contract close-out, extension, and renewal, and will communicate contract changes to all relevant stakeholders.  The ability to partner with other functions such as customer service and sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Role

  • - Draft, evaluate, and execute contracts

  • - Establish and maintain supplier relationship by serving as the sole point of contact for contractual matters

  • - Completion of contract service level agreements

  • - Collation and completion of tender bids

  • - Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence

  • - Provide internal and external contract issue resolution

  • - Communicate contract-related information and changes to all relevant stakeholders

  • - Supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of Webinar events, including managing
  • registrations, lead generation, and database management

  • - Distribution of professional certificates upon completion of Webinar training

  • - Provide administrative support to other functions as and when required
  • Person Requirements: Qualifications/Experience

  • - Previous contract management experience

  • - Demonstrated problem-solving skills

  • - Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • - Outstanding attention to detail

  • - Ability to work across functional departments and report into director level

  • - Be self-motivated and work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
